Student Services Director
The Student Services department advises students in matters related to Disability Support, Counseling and Career Services. I lead the support team that provides high quality academic advising and support to students.
Inducted to Nashville's Sigma chapter of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society for outstanding leadership.
September 2016- February 2018
Director of Admissions
Led the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of a comprehensive enrollment management plan. Hired, trained, motivated, supervised, and evaluated the first admissions team of the new campus.
Recipient of the President's Award for students' positive experiences and referral metrics.
November 2013 - April 2016
Senior Director of Admissions
Led and motivated my team of a Director, Managing Project Associate Directors, Business Development Representatives, Admission Representatives, Admission Coordinators and Administrative Assistant to exceed new student, referral and retention goals.
Received Award of Distinction as the top campus in achieving 40% YOY new student growth (1 of 28 campuses awarded).
July 2010 - October 2013
Admissions Manager
Led department to record breaking new student enrollment, referral and successful completion plans. Facilitated Online Orientation class for new students. Piloted Admissions Skype team, student success team, highest performers team and staff common technology.
Awarded “Argosy’s Coach of the Month”.

Managing Project Associate Director
Trained and mentored a team of Admissions staff to exceed recruitment goals through training and coaching.
I was a “Circle of Achievement” recipient (highest 5% of performers in the company) and created institutional compliance training used by entire organization.

Assistant Director of Admissions
I assisted students through the enrollment process by conducting interviews, presenting and giving tours, and helping students navigate resources to successfully transition to the classroom.
In less than 6 months, I was promoted to Team Lead, managing a small admissions staff. I also was a recipient of the "Rookie Rock", awarded for exceeding institutional goals.

College for Continuing & Professional Studies
I was the first point of contact for students regarding enrollment services and issue resolution. I managed all CCPS programs and projects. I was promoted to the position of Assistant Director of the Chatham University Music and Arts Day Camp, in which I was responsible for 70 teachers, counselors and staff members and operations.

Programming Assistant of Student Activities
I planned, implemented and evaluated co-curricular student activities which provide a welcoming campus environment and were designed for the social, cultural and instructional development of students. I maintained the master calendar of events and created collateral materials and social media for marketing and promotion of events. I assisted in the college's large scale events; concerts, Orientation week, Candlelight, Spring Formal, May Day, and Graduation.
I partnered with local colleges for inter-collegiate programs and events, including University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.

Focuses on the critical knowledge and skills necessary to lead or serve in academic organizations in an ever-changing global, economic, and technological environment.
I was identified as a top student at American College of Education and a current educator. Members of the Alpha Theta Psi Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi invited me to be initiated into the International Honor Society in Education, a prestigious network of educators working together to support quality education for all.

Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance, Voice
Chatham University prepares its students, on campus and around the world, to excel in their professions and to be engaged, environmentally responsible, globally conscious, life-long learners, and citizen leaders for democracy. I received a strong foundation in musicianship, music theory, and music history, and participated in private vocal, piano and harp instruction with some of the region's best performers.
